·          Television/Multimedia/Animation Producer and Director

·          Provided technical expertise to aid production in all roles for live and recorded  television productions for various clients

·          Provided technical expertise through the 1990s for one of the first and largest video conferencing systems in the US. This system was pre-IP and consisted of full broadcast quality television studios at each location, MPEG encoders/decoders, audio crosstalk/canceling hardware, microwave and hard-wired copper throughout the entire state of Arizona.

·          Then in 1997, provided technical expertise to begin migration to web-based and IP-based communication technologies – defined as “New Technologies” throughout this document.

·          Provided technical expertise, direction and troubleshooting of computer hardware, computer operating systems, software applications, analog/digital video/audio hardware, streaming video/audio encoding technologies, video conferencing technologies, voice-over-ip technologies

·          Provided technical expertise, direction and troubleshooting of video conferencing hardware and software specific to the product lines of Cisco, Tandberg, Polycom and Radvision

·          Produced and provided technical expertise in computer graphics, 3D animation, interactive/multimedia programs, CD/DVD technologies, display channel technologies, online applications, and web site development in conjunction with the needs of the department
